Sponsor AgreementSponsor Agreement

1. The Sponsor shall setup before the event or aftewards or during a lunch break, to minimize distractions.

2. The Theme of the workshop will be “Create” & sponsor will provide any marketing materials to decorate a provided table (with white tablecloth); please try to compliment the NACWE Theme.

3. The Sponsor shall refrain from using foul language, and shall not raise liability concerns for NACWE, and shall refrain from any hate speech of any group at or around any tables

4. The sponsor must be a Christian, meaning having a personal, faith-based relationship with God through Jesus Christ. All messaging must be based on the principles of the inspired Word of God, the Holy Bible. Therefore, written and visual messaging should shine and build upon the truth within the doctrinal confines of the living Word of God, and the only inference in the construct of power or energy should undeniably come from the Holy Spirit, not from the universe, the earth, karma, crystals, or new age spiritual practices. Sponsors messaging should be clear and direct, and should be able support a faith-filled position both in values and missions, even if they don't explicitly use faith-based language. Messaging should be uplifting and encouraging and not include language that is legalistic, hateful, or discriminatory.

5. We are a Christian organization. We do not adhere to any denominational or theological ideations beyond the foundational belief in Jesus Christ. We will be inclusive of other Christians (regardless of their individual beliefs) so long as it doesn't distract from Christ.

6. The sponsors messaging shall not include hate speech of any kind toward any people group.

Thank you so much for sponsoring our event. We engage in win-win-win situations. You agree to provide value to our audience and we agree to promote you to our audience.
